1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 medium onion, finely chopped 3 cups cut-up cooked turkey (about 1 lb.) 1 package (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables 1 cup water 1 package Lawry's® Turkey Gravy Gravy Mix 2 cups prepared mashed potatoes |
1. Preheat oven to 375°. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Add turkey and vegetables and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until heated through. Stir in water and Lawry's ® Turkey Gravy Mix; simmer 1 minute.
2. In 8-inch baking dish, evenly spread vegetable mixture, then top with mashed potatoes.
3. Bake 15 minutes or until heated through. Serve, if desired, with additional Gravy. |
